Ever noticed how the Moon always appears a lot larger as it emerges above the horizon, it appears to become smaller as moves further above the horizon. This month’s supermoon is being described as the biggest, closest and brightest moon of this year, add to that the fact that there will be a total lunar eclipse tomorrow morning, resulting in a red moon, making it even more significant. Change is the prompt on the Weekly Photo Challenge this week, and images of Moonrise this evening, from Signal Hill above Cape Town, are my response to the prompt.
