The rose window above one of the entrances to Modena’s Duomo is deceptively different when viewed from the outside, as opposed to from the inside. The glazed portions recede on the exterior, with the structure being highlighted, with the opposite happening on the interior, the glass is high lit, and the structure recedes, kindof contrasting views of the contrast between structure and glass :-). Contrast is the this weeks prompt on the Weekly Photo Challenge, and images of the window are my response to the prompt…….
